AFRO-FITNESS CLASS
Come and enjoy a family fun exercise event while listening to Afrobeats. This is a great opportunity for parents to workout with their children, nieces, nephews, or siblings. These activities will focus on core exercises, full body conditioning, and cardio. Every Saturday from 11am to 11:45am!
