CROSSROADS JUVENILE CENTER

The Administration of Children Services Division of Youth and Family Justice has partnered with the Children Defense Fund to bring the Freedom School to NYC Secure Detention at Crossroads and Horizon Juvenile Center.

Khleeko Inc joined the Freedom School's Harambee program which consisted of a warm welcome, singing, dancing, and reading. The founder of Khleeko Inc read a poem to the young adults in an attempt to inspire hope and motivate them to succeed in life.
